Jennifer Munyer offers Mindful Therapeutics out of the CAT room, located here, inside Yoga at Cattitude.  She offers several different modalites that all offer varying ways of helping you--your body and mind--relax enough so that you may receive guidance from your own inner wisdom.  

~Phoenix Rising Yoga Therapy combines mindfulness (knowing what\'s happening now), simple yoga postures and inviting dialogue as a way of helping you learn about yourself; and as you come to know how you respond to life\'s situations, you will feel more empowered in your life choices.  This is offered in both individual and group settings.  

~Mindful Massage Therapy is offered in both a focused, deep tissue quality and in a gentle, relaxing way.

Thai Yoga Massage is available by appointment at Cattitude Alternative Therapies. Laura Neal, who received her certification through the Lotus Palm School of Montreal, offers this incredible modality which brings massage and gentle yoga movements into a profound healing system.  It will leave you feeling deeply nourished, relaxed, and filled with energy.

According to Ayurvedic science, there is an extensive network of energy lines running throughout the body.  It is through the massaging and stretching of this network of energy lines that Thai Yoga Massage releases tension.  By allowing energy to flow more freely, the massage works to alleviate problematic conditions such as lower back pain, arthritis, headaches, digestive difficulties, menstrual problems, and stress-related conditions.
