


Fitness at Cattitude is located on Main Street in Northeast Harbor. Laura Neal, certified personal trainer and yoga teacher, offers a holistic approach to wellness in private, one-on-one sessions. Sharyn Kingma is also available for personal training and private Pilates instruction.
Clients can warm-up and do their cardiovascular conditioning on a Precor Elliptical Trainer, a Concept II rowing machine or a treadmill.
Strength training programs are designed according to each person's need using free weights, a Bowflex, physioballs, BOSU trainers, medicine balls, elastic bands and body resistance.
Balance training is an important part of health and fitness and clients have a variety of devices available to challenge and improve their balance, including BOSU trainers, wobble boards, an Airex pad, and a low balance beam.
For an additional mind-body component, Fitness at Cattitude has a Balanced Body studio Pilates Reformer, and a small room outfitted with mats and props for yoga and flexibility work.
